Jack McClurg - Chief Executive
Officer Jack McClurg is a founding
member of HealthTrans, L.L.C., and serves
as the chief executive officer. Prior
to forming HealthTrans, Jack McClurg held
the position of vice president and chief
information officer of Integrated Pharmaceutical
Services, the PBM subsidiary of Foundation
Health Systems, Inc. (FHS), the fourth
largest publicly traded managed care company
in the U.S. In this role, Mr. McClurg
provided executive technical and business
leadership, and was responsible for operations
of claim processing and decision support
services for over $1.4 billion annually
in pharmaceutical transactions. Before
his transition to IPS, Mr. McClurg enhanced
his technical career by becoming a principle
consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP (PwC).
Prior to PwC, Mr. McClurg was director
of software engineering for Micromedex
Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thomson
Publishing and a world leader in knowledge-based
medical and clinical information systems.
Preceding Micromedex, Mr. McClurg spent
six years with DuPont Co., supporting
large mission critical applications across
global corporate data centers in the U.S.
and Germany.

Louis Hutchison, Jr. - President
Mr. Hutchison is a founding member of HealthTrans, L.L.C.,
and serves as president. Prior to HealthTrans, Mr. Hutchison
held the position of president of Systems Xcellence USA, Inc.,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Systems Xcellence, Inc. of Milton,
Ontario, Canada, a software development company. Mr. Hutchison
also held the titles of vice president of strategic operations,
vice president of corporate development, and vice president of
North American sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Systems Xcellence, Mr. Hutchison owned
and managed a successful business and technology consulting
practice. Before opening his consulting practice, Mr. Hutchison
worked for Shared Financial Systems (Now S2 Corporation),
a software company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, specializing
in OLTP applications for the financial, retail, and healthcare
industries. Prior to Shared Financial Systems, Mr. Hutchison
worked for First Texas Computer Corporation, the data processing
subsidiary of First Texas Savings & Loan, where he established
First Texas' ATM network, growing it from its inception of five
ATMs to over 850 ATMs.

Kevin Donahue - Vice
President of Business Services Kevin
Donahue, vice president, business services,
is a software engineering professional
with over 20 years experience. His responsibilities
include all development, operations, systems,
network, and database management.
Prior to joining HealthTrans in 2001, Mr.
Donahue served in various management positions,
including director of end-user products
for Micromedex, Inc., where he was responsible
for delivering clinical information software
to the international healthcare market.
His accomplishments include the development
of a cross-platform, Web-ready replacement
of legacy applications and the creation
of a new product using Intranet technology
in a standalone system.
Mr. Donahue holds a BS degree in computer
information systems from Regis University,
and a BA degree in mathematics from Fort
Lewis College.

Linda Groover - Senior Vice
President of Business Relations Linda
Groover serves as HealthTrans' senior
vice president of business relations.
With over 18 of years experience in the
healthcare industry, Ms. Groover's background
includes information systems, pharmacy
development, and managed care sales and
administration.
Prior to joining HealthTrans, Ms. Groover
served as director of business development
and director of sales for National Data
Corporation (NDC), located in Atlanta,
GA. As director of business development,
Ms. Groover was responsible for the development
of various products and value-added services
offered under the NDC Healthcare Network
Services area. As director of sales, Ms.
Groover successfully increased revenue
of NDC's pharmacy claims adjudication
product by over 30% from 1999 to 2000,
and exceeded projections for fiscal year
2000 by 131%.
Prior to joining NDC, Ms. Groover spent
15 years in the retail pharmacy industry
working for Eckerd Drug Company in Largo,
Florida, in various roles, including director
of client services of Eckerd Health Services,
Eckerd's Prescription Benefit Management
Company, and sales manager of the Eckerd
Managed Care Group.

Christopher B. Hanks - Chief Financial Officer
Christopher B. Hanks, chief financial officer,
leads the senior management team in the
financial and administrative management
of HealthTrans. Hanks, who joined HealthTrans
in November 2000 as director of finance,
was promoted to vice president in 2002 and
senior vice president in 2004.
From October 1995 through November 2000,
Hanks held various leadership roles, including
senior manager, finance, for Dura Pharmaceuticals'
RxWest and Health Script units. These
operations delivered PBM services to self-insured
employer groups, and provided mail order
respiratory medications and medical supplies
to chronically ill patients.
Prior to Dura Pharmaceuticals, Hanks served
in senior financial and sales analysis
positions with Colgate-Palmolive's professional
oral care division. His responsibilities
with Colgate-Palmolive Oral Pharmaceuticals
included developing and managing sales
forecasting and budget management systems.
Hanks earned his MBA from Bentley College
and his BS in business administration
from Colorado State University. He is
a member of Colorado Society of CPAs,
the Healthcare Financial Management Association,
and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Steve Groover
- Chief Operating Officer
Steve Groover joined HealthTrans as chief operating officer (COO) on January 1, 2006,
to oversee the day-to-day operations and prepare the company for its continued growth in the
marketplace as well as the industry. Groover brings more than 20 years of experience to the daily
operations of HealthTrans.
For the past 11 years, Groover has served in various roles with NDCHealth Corporation and
eRx Network, both transaction-based products and services organizations. While at NDCHealth he
was general manager and vice president of pharmacy systems and services, vice president of
healthcare data management, and vice president of pharmacy systems and services product management.
At eRx Network, Groover was responsible for industry relations and marketing. Groover is a
registered pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience in retail pharmacy with the Eckerd
Drug Company, where he was corporate manager of third party administration.
Groover has extensive experience in technology, especially pharmacy systems and
transaction-based products and services. His accomplishments include establishing the
pre- and post-edit service in 1995, which has since become an industry-wide solution for
the retail pharmacy market. Groover participates in a number of industry organizations
leading various committees and boards, including serving as the 2001-2002
chair of the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP).
Groover earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. He is a member of
the American Pharmaceutical Association, the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, and the
National Association of Chain Drug Stores. He is also a member of the National Council for
Prescription Drug Programs where he has been actively involved as the co-chair of the
telecommunication workgroup, drug utilization workgroup, Medicaid workgroup, and chair of
the board of trustees.
